RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND *EXCHANGES
ALL Exchanges, Returns or Refunds must First be approved by e-mail, NOT
by phone, within 12 days of receipt. Product must reach us 5 days from the time you received the confirmation e-mail. If we do not receive it in the time allowed no refund will be given.
*Unauthorized Returns or
Refused shipments DO NOT qualify for any type of refund.
Shipping, Handling & Delivery Confirmation charges are Non-Refundable.
Opened product packages are NOT returnable.

*A 10% restocking fee will
apply with all returns.
*If you are returning an item you received Free Shipping on you will receive a credit to your account for the item minus $9.50 for the shipping and handling upon return of the item.

Confirmation or a Tracking number must be obtained for any return

the correct product through our website 2. On the comment line of the
order form please indicate "exchange order" 3. Make a copy of the
approval e-mail and your invoice and include it with your returning
product.
