Returns And Exchange Policy

 

NOTE: NO REFUNDS ON OPENED PACKS OF BAGS OR FILTERS. BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION ISSUES THEY ARE NO LONGER RESALABLE.

ALL Exchanges, Returns or Refunds must First be approved by e-mail, NOT by phone, within 12 days of receipt. Product must reach us 7 days from the time you received the confirmation e-mail. If we do not receive it in the time allowed no refund will be given.



***Unauthorized Returns or Refused shipments DO NOT qualify for any type of refund. Shipping & Delivery Confirmation charges are Non-Refundable. Opened product packages are NOT returnable.



***A 10% restocking fee will apply with all returns.

 

*** Please provide both your street address and P.O. Box # if you have both as we ship many packages using United States Postal Service/USPS. We choose the carrier that provides the best rate and we pass the savings on to you. For this reason we choose the shipper. Don't forget to provide your Apt or Unit Number. Packages returned to us due to this missing information will incur a 2nd shipping charge.

 

***If you are returning an item you received Free Shipping on you will receive a credit to your account for the item minus $10.95 for the shipping and handling upon return of the item.

 

***As a customer you are responsible to pay for the return shipping on packages that you ordered incorrectly. So please be sure you are ordering the correct part. If you are not sure email or call us first. We would love to help.

ALL Exchanges must First be approved by e-mail. 1. Place a new order for the correct product through our website 2. On the comment line of the order form please indicate "exchange order" 3. Make a copy of the approval e-mail and your invoice and include it with your returning product.
